Designed from scratch by former F1 driver Jonathan Palmer, there
is nowhere else in the world like Bedford Autodrome. The venue has
been purpose built for speed and space, containing four entirely
distinct circuits and over 5 miles of track laid out across a 384
acre site, with vast run-off areas that provide optimum safety.
There's no motor racing at the Autodrome so there's no
crowd-protecting safety barriers or concrete walls - our guests can
drive our machinery to the limits safe in the knowledge that
pushing too hard will result in a harmless spin across endless flat
grass.
Running four circuits simultaneously also means waiting time is
kept to a minimum - usually just enough to get your breath back
from your last drive. You'll do that in the comfort of one of our
luxuriously appointed suites, swapping notes and talking lap times
with your colleagues. Your team leader will ensure you're suitably
refreshed and relaxed before seamlessly moving on to the next
thrilling instalment of your day at PalmerSport.
Bedford Autodrome is unlike anything you and your guests will have
ever experienced before, and the best place on Earth to drive fast
cars fast.
Make your journey fast and fun!
Bedford Autodrome now has its own aerodrome next to the circuits.
Aircraft can land on our own licensed runway for perfect
convenience when visiting PalmerSport.
Our 1,000m runway can accommodate all piston aircraft and most
turbo props for public transport operations, and some light jets
privately.
New for 2010 is a special air shuttle service to Bedford
Autodrome, normally from Fairoaks airfield near the M25/M3
junction. Our new 350 mph King Air B200GT 8
seater turbo prop aircraft will whisk you to the Autodrome in under
20 minutes, in luxury.
This is particularly convenient for those living in the shaded
area on the map and costs just £150 return. Places are very
limited so if you'd like to fly do call Charlie or Helen at
PalmerSport on 01403 733999 for operational information and to
reserve your seat.
Flights can be from any other airport and we would be pleased to
quote for this.
